Installed on board the model and connected to the output of the receiver parallel to the speed controller or to a separate channel mixed with the throttle channel.
The servomechanism connected to the output of this device performs oscillatory movements, which allows organizing the waving movements of the wingtips. The frequency of strokes depends on the position of the throttle.
When the throttle stick is set to the minimum position (the screw does not rotate), the servo is set to neutral.
Also, the wing beat frequency can be controlled from a separate channel, not mixed with the throttle channel. In this case, it is preferable to use a "twist" channel, it is easier for them to set the desired frequency of strokes.
